Before every shoot, I try to create a certain vision board with different works of art that inspired me a primary idea. Once I have some of the ''keywords" that I extracted from the created board and a previous project hint, I develop different scenarii; shoot locations, outfits, light and pose variety to fulffill the character's wanted story. I have to admit that when I go out to shoot, I might sometimes have no clue how it will turn out with certain locations and unexpected lighting situations. That is the beauty of it, giving up to the unknown and pressing hundred times on the shutter as you feel like you are about to capture the greatest shot ever. Sometimes it is the case, but most of the times, trying again, adjusting my camera settings and guiding the model a bit more usually gives out a satisfying result for both. For this shoot with my friend Loan, it is definitely a first time for me, shooting at night time. I have always been scared of that, but I guess I managed to get some descent shots. As we were wandering around a corporate buildings neighborhood, we discovered many cafes and restaurants. A little night adventure shooting, dicovering new places, seeing the flickering lights of high buildings and both of our hair and scarves blown by a 32km/h wind was such an unusual delight :)
